Dear Heather:

A long overdue note of thanks for the training you provided to my Great Dane, Luke. He is now an obedient and well-trained member of our family.

I sincerely appreciate the time you and John took with our family. You displayed a genuine sense of concern for our well-being and resolutions to a distressing time. When you and John showed up for the consult on Saturday, I knew we were in capable hands.

Upon the return of Luke, that was confirmed. What was more impressive than Luke’s demeanor was the way you conducted the interaction and created a very positive experience. You took what could have been a very stressful event and handled it all superbly.

From start to finish, I was impressed with your care for the situation. Pragmatic in your approach, you told me what you thought the issues might be and recommended a course of action designed specifically for Luke. The most impressive part of the experience was the day I picked Luke up with my daughter. I don’t know what my expectations were, but they were exceeded. You did so with a thorough written analysis of Luke and the progress. Also outlined was a course of action to keep us focused on continuing the home training.

Along the way you called with progress reports, kept us abreast of all developments, and spent an enormous amount of time with my family. At no times was I ever made to feel as though I was a bother. Rather, I felt like Luke was the only thing you were working on.

Thanks again. We sincerely appreciate all that you did to help us with our family pet. We hope to see you, John, and Jillian back at The Homestead sometime soon.
